MUSI is used to clear someone who is locked out of Colleague and cannot log in after they have waited the 5 minutes for the garbage collection process to clear their account.
Follow these steps carefully to unlock an account in Colleague:
- Log into Colleague
- In the “Form Search” type “MUSI” and click “Search”
3. Make sure you type a “1” (for one user) and click “OK”: 
4. Type in the username of the person you are clearing and click “OK”: 
5. Type in a capitol “Y” and you MUST hit “Enter”: 
6. Click “Save All” 
7. Before logging out, make sure the user can log back in to Colleague.
