In order for a student to forward their Student E-mail to a personal e-mail account, they must be logged into their student account.

Once they are logged in they should follow the instructions below.

  • Click on the gear in the top right.
  • Click on “See All Settings”
  • Click on “Forwarding and Pop/IMAP”
  • Click on “Add a forwarding address”
  • Enter an E-mail address and click “Next”
  • Click “Proceed”
  • A Confirmation Code will be sent to your E-mail
  • -Type in the code and click “Verify”
  • -Select “Forward a copy of incoming mail to”


For students who send an e-mail to the Solution Center, respond using the canned response "Forwarding Student E-mail to Personal Account".
