If a student calls and is getting an Authentication Error when logging into Titans Direct, make sure they are doing the following:
- Accessing Titans Direct from www.ccm.edu and not a bookmarked link or link in an e-mail.
- Make sure they are typing in their username and password all in lower case letters.
- Have them clear their temporary internet files, browsing history and cookies.
- Using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for their Internet browser
- Try accessing Titans Direct in a New Incognito Window
As the Tech:
- Reset their password to the default in Active Directory
- Try logging in as the student
- Only use a device that is not connected to the network or CCM Wifi
If a student e-mails the Solution Center reply using the Canned Response, Authentication Error - Titans Direct.
