Accounts are removed from the system upon notification from Human Resources.


  1. Run the convert-ToFormerEmployee-365 Power Shell script.
  2. Colleague
    • DRUS
      • Change Authentication Scheme to COLLEAGUE
      • Change Env Operator Equivalent to WEB-NON-AD
    • NAE
      • E-mail Address(es)
        • Delete ccm.edu e-mail address 
        • If there is a personal e-mail address, change from "INT" to "WWW Personal"
    • Create a ticket and assign to the Colleague Team to remove users access to Colleague
      • Copy and paste the information sent from Human Resources into the ticket
      • See ticket 43557 for an example
  3. Fresh Desk
    • Remove Title and work phone number
    • If available, change e-mail address to personal e-mail address 
      • If one is entered or copy and paste from Colleague OR
      • Enter 123-456-7890 in the Work Phone Number field
    • Change Company to Former Faculty and Staff

  4. Blackboard: 
    • Delete user if only enrolled CCM informational courses
    • Do not delete user if enrolled in credit or WFD courses. Only Remove from CCM information courses.
  5. Zoom
    • Delete user from Zoom
