This is the whole pinning process.  Most importantly it has to run through Step 5 before it can get to AD.

So if a student was pinned at 9:48, we will have to wait until 10:30 for BOE to be refreshed and then the BOE report at 10:39 and then Tom’s process at 10:45 (or 11:15).

 

 

Pinning Process:

 

  1. SLCR -Ids to Pin (UG & WFD); 3mins after each hour

 

  1. XWSP2 -Pins all students within SLCR; 5mins after each hour

 

  1. SLCR -Ids to assign Student role (UG only); 13mins after each hour

 

  1. BURA -Assign Student role to all students within SLCR; 15mins after each hour

 

  1. DORE -BOE is refreshed with pinning data: 30mins after each hour

 

  1. BOE -UG students pinned today; 39mins after each hour

 

  1. BOE -WFD students pinned today; 38mins after each hour

 

  1. AD -Tom's process to upload UG BOE file; process starts at 7:45am and runs every 30mins for 12hours

 

  1. AD -Tom's process to upload WFD BOE file; process starts at 7:50am and runs every 30mins for 12hours

 

  1. SLCR -Ids for DMRS (DMRS will be done manually by WFD); daily at 6am
