- Passwords must be at least 15 characters in length.
- Passwords can include letters and numbers.
- Passwords can include upper case letters and special characters (highly recommended).
- Try using a phrase you can remember the answer to. For example: MyfavoritenephewisJacob
- Once you change your password, you will not be prompted to change it again unless you want to change your password.
- You cannot use a password you have previously used.
- Once you change your password, you will use the same password to log into Titans Direct, Blackboard, WiFi, Colleague, etc.
- If you have your CCM e-mail set up on your cell phone or other hand held device, you will need to change your password to the the new one on the device.
